1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope
By accessing, subscribing to, or utilizing any platform, product, or service provided by Trainova Enterprise("the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("User," "Institution," "Educator," "Student," or "Parent") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms govern your access to the entire Trainova Enterprise Digital Education Ecosystem, including our School Operating System (School OS), Novagrade.ai, Smart Timetable, Assessiva, Trainova EdTech, and Trainova Campus.
2. Product-Specific Terms of Use
A. School Operating System (School OS)
- Institutional Authority: School administrators warrant that they possess legal authorization to upload student records, attendance data, fee structures, and staff details.
- Data Ownership: Institutions retain complete ownership of all uploaded student profiles, report card scores, and academic history.
- SMS & Parent Communications: Automated SMS alerts and notifications sent via School OS are subject to telecommunication provider delivery availability. Institutions are responsible for keeping guardian contact information up to date.
B. Novagrade.ai Assessment & CBT Ecosystem
- AI-Assisted Grading: AI grading recommendations provided by Novagrade.ai serve as evaluative assistance tools. Lecturers and institutional academic heads retain final authority and review responsibility for final score confirmations.
- Academic Integrity: Computer-Based Testing (CBT) question banks uploaded by educators remain confidential to the respective institution. Students caught attempting to bypass CBT anti-cheat mechanisms are subject to institutional disciplinary policies.
C. Smart Timetable Platform
- Schedule Verification: While Smart Timetable utilizes automated clash-prevention algorithms, school coordinators must inspect and approve final generated timetables prior to institutional publication.
D. Assessiva Student Question Bank & Token Platform
- Free Tier Allowance: Every newly registered Assessiva user receives a non-transferable bonus of 20 free question solves upon account creation.
- Token Purchases: Accessing additional question pools beyond the free tier requires purchasing learning tokens. Purchased tokens are non-refundable and dedicated to student practice.
- Question Bank Usage: All question bank content, solutions, and marking guides are provided strictly for individual learning and self-assessment purposes.
E. Trainova EdTech Learning Platform
- Course Licenses: Enrolled courses (such as Graphic Design + AI, Frontend + AI, WordPress, UI/UX) grant non-transferable personal learning access.
- Certificates: Digital certificates issued upon course completion reflect individual course requirements fulfilled by the verified account owner.
F. Trainova Campus Media & Opportunities
- Opportunity Disclaimers: Scholarship, internship, and campus news postings are curated for educational purposes. Users are advised to independently verify application deadlines and requirements with third-party providers.
3. User Account Security & Roles
Access to institutional portals (Super Admin, School Admin, Lecturer, Student, Parent) requires secure credentials. You agree to:
- Maintain the strict confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Immediately notify Trainova Enterprise of any unauthorized portal access or security breach.
- Refrain from sharing account access across unauthorized third parties or outside institutions.
4. SaaS Subscriptions, Fees & Mobile Money Payments
Institutional subscriptions for School OS, Novagrade.ai, and Smart Timetable are billed according to agreed pricing tiers (annual/per-student).
- Payment Processing: Mobile Money and card transactions are processed securely through licensed Ghanaian payment service providers.
- Fee Collection Services: School fee collection integrated into School OS routes payments directly to the designated institutional bank accounts or Mobile Money merchant accounts.
- Overdue Accounts: We reserve the right to restrict service access if institutional subscription fees remain unpaid past the agreed grace period.
5. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership
Trainova Intellectual Property: All software code, UI designs, AI assessment algorithms, trademarks, brand assets, and course materials are the exclusive property of Trainova Enterprise.
Institutional Data Ownership: Institutions retain exclusive ownership of all student academic data, grade histories, attendance ledgers, and financial records uploaded to our cloud servers.
6. Limitation of Liability & Service Availability
While we maintain 99.9% target cloud uptime and automated daily backups, Trainova Enterprise shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party network outages, telecommunication failures, or unauthorized breach attempts beyond reasonable industry safeguards.
7. Governing Law & Ghana Data Protection
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, including the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ghana.
